Paul O’Reilly-Hyland brings over three decades of global capital markets experience to the firm. He began his career in London before relocating to Hong Kong, where he led capital and equity distribution for Kleinwort Benson across Asia.He later moved to New York, where he held senior roles in international equity capital markets, ultimately serving as Managing Director at both JP Morgan and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
Paul has a deep track record in private placements and capital raising, having established platforms and raised capital for some of today’s leading alternative investment managers across private debt, private equity, and hedge funds. Following a successful career in institutional banking, he founded a hedge fund and subsequently launched a broker-dealer dedicated to alternative investments and private capital markets.
He holds anM.A. in Finance from Trinity College Dublin and divides his time between London and New York.
